Nina with Nature
Slow down. Notice. Come home.
Somewhere along the way we forgot something essential – that we are not separate from the living world, we belong to it.

About Nina
“Beauty in nature moves me deeply. I see the world slowly and feel the world softly. Going out with an intention, to seek connection with the natural world, is my own remedy against a fast-paced and demanding world.”
Nature facilitator, eco-therapist and eco-depth practitioner and someone with a keen eye for beauty, my story begins in Ghent and winds through Exmoor. Read more here.
Somewhere along the way — through the noise of modern life, the demands of screens and schedules, the slow drift of a culture that prizes productivity over presence – we forgot something essential: that we are not separate from the living world. We belong to it, as much as any tree, any river, any crow. Nature is not just a backdrop or a resource but our home. The ground under our feet for hundreds of thousands of years.
Our innate connection hasn’t disappeared and it also isn’t something you find, it’s something you remember. It lives in the body, in the breath, in the moment you stop rushing and slow down, making time to simply notice — the light through a leaf, the cold touch of a stone, the particular birdsong on this morning.
As a nature facilitator, eco-therapist and eco-depth practitioner, this is something we can explore together. To draw your attention to what has always been there. To help you remember the wild intelligence that was never really lost, only forgotten.
Walk slowly. Bow often. Stay a while longer.

✺
1:1 Naturewell© | The Natural Pause
Ground · Rest · Restore
Gentle, restorative time in nature. For those who need a pause from the day to day, for those who need a space to exhale and to be gently grounded into presence, helping you to step out of your busy head. NatureWell© sessions are grounded in the science of nature connectedness and offer a soft, supported return to the living world. The emphasis is on stepping out, out of our ‘walking heads’, out of the daily demands and pressure life puts on us. We begin to notice what’s present in the landscape and the restorative effect it has on us.
✺
1:1 Natural Self Ecotherapy | Inwards
Reflect · Process · Uncover • Heal • Wholeness
Not just your average ‘walk and talk’, this is therapeutic work with you, me and nature, our triad. We are going inwards and explore what’s present for you, what struggles might present themselves, what’s weighing you down or holding you back. For those ready to explore what lies beneath, for those who want to grow and work with their shadow.
✺
1:1 Deeper Expansive Nature | Wild Awake
Soul · Psyche · Depth · Transformation • Emergence
This is where we enter Jungian territory. Soul work, meeting our own genius, as a guide in our story here on earth. We explore the world as animistic and alive, full of metaphor, bringing curiosity towards what meaning might emerge for you. We’re working with your mythopoetic identity, a term coined by Dr Plotkin. We all have a wild side and this is where we tread in unknown territories, expecting exciting things to emerge to help us in our journey. We might explore dreams, lean into our imagination and creativity. A place where psyche and nature converse.

Group Workshops
Designed to cultivate a sense of community and belonging – to each other and the natural world. We make space to slow down and I introduce you to nature based practices to promote wellbeing. Check here for updates on what I offer this season.
✺
Women’s gatherings
As I began running the nature-centred women’s gatherings I came to realise more than anything women needed a place to pause, which inspired me to call it ‘The Natural Pause’ – time for you, to pause, relax, reflect and connect to the current season we’re in, and come away with a renewed sense of wellbeing as well as a sense of community and belonging. We meet about 8 times a year, aligned with the Celtic wheel of the year.
✺
Natural Baby Showers
In mainstream society we have lost the art of ceremony. I create something unique to honour you, mama to be, and to welcome your baby into our world. A unique experience for friends and family, and nature-centred of course.
✺
Transition through a life stage
Sometimes we just need that extra bit of support as we transition through a new life stage. Whether you’re navigating a personal transition, grief, a quiet unravelling or are becoming an elder (and what it means in modern society), I tailor our session to your needs.
